Vendor Payments:
The Borough pays bills at all of its normal business meetings. For inclusion on the bill list presented at the meetings, your invoice must be submitted with a signed Vendor’s Declaration by the Thursday prior to the meeting. Payments are normally processed Wednesday after the meeting. Copies of the bill list are available at the meeting and in the minutes.

Billing Information:
Utility bills are due the 1st of January, April, July & October. There is a 15 day grace period, so as long as we have received your payment on or prior to the 15th of those months, no interest will be charged to your account. Payments are collected by the Alpha branch of PNC Bank, located on the corner of Route 519 and Pohatcong Street. They accept all payments, both on time and delinquent. For added convenience, the drive thru is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm and every Saturday from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.

If you are experiencing mechanical problems with your meter, have water quality or technical questions, please contact the Borough’s Department of Public Works at (908) 454-3143. They are available Monday through Friday from 7 am until 3 pm.
